Yet the tools we use to understand people such as surveys, focus groups, and simulations from public data have not fundamentally changed in decades. Products ship faster than ever. Consumer understanding has not kept pace.

We built the infrastructure to capture what people actually think and compound that understanding over time.

We did not start with surveys. We started with vision. For the past two years we have been building multimodal AI systems that interpret visual, spatial, and behavioral signals from real-world environments. These systems turn real-world observations into structured signals about how people notice products, evaluate choices, and make decisions. Most AI market research tools start with language. We started with observation.

That foundation changed everything. There is often a gap between what people do and what they say they do. Our systems accumulated millions of signals about how people evaluate products, notice brands, and navigate experiences. This allowed us to build AI Guides grounded in a behavioral model of real decision-making, which surface motivations that traditional surveys rarely capture.

Today those Guides have real conversations with real people at enterprise scale. Every paid conversation contributes new signals that refine a living model of your audience. That model becomes a synthetic panel organizations can query to understand how customers think. Research compounds instead of collecting dust.

Isha Sharma, CEO & Co-Founder

Was a PM at Microsoft working at the intersection of applied AI research and commercial products. Shipped deepfake detection with Microsoft Research (C2PA, adopted by Adobe, Google, OpenAI and more), led hardware partnerships across Windows + Devices and silicon vendors, and ran customer research at massive scale. Built Temple around the realization that traditional feedback methods miss what customers actually think.

Tej Lunani, CTO & Co-Founder

Spent four years at Amazon building AI shopping assistants for physical retail stores (Alexa) and making the internet faster at scale (CloudFront). Watched brands pour resources into in-store experiences with little ability to measure whether any of it was actually working for customers. Before Amazon, wrote software across prosumer VR, industrial IoT, and indoor navigation, where every product depended on accurately reading how people move through and respond to physical environments. Temple puts that same problem at the center.
